We’re excited to share that our Kilaben Bay waterfront extension has been featured in the Newcastle Herald after being nominated for the MBA Excellence in Building Awards in the category of House Additions, Alterations and Renovations – Under $400,000.
Creating a retreat that embraces the water
This project was all about helping our clients make the most of their stunning waterfront location. The vision was clear from the start: create a light-filled extension that opens the home to the lake and transforms how they experience their space.
We designed soaring cathedral ceilings with raked windows that flood the interior with natural light while capturing those sweeping lake views. A feature dry-stack stone wall with a gas fireplace adds warmth and character, while natural oak flooring and a frameless glass balustrade bring that elegant, modern finish our clients were after.
