Tom believes in doing things right the first time—no shortcuts, just meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to quality craftsmanship. But for Tom, every project starts with relationships. He works closely with our clients, ensuring we build not just homes, but a foundation of trust and collaboration, making your dream home a reality.
Behind the scenes, Hayley, our operations manager, keeps everything running smoothly. Coming to Verge with a decade of experience in finance and home lending, Hayley understands all things construction lending and can effectively communicate with your financial institution to ensure all necessary documentation is completed to keep your project on track. Hayley takes care of the details so Tom can focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
