Will I deal directly with you during the build?
Yes. When you renovate or extend with Verge, you work directly with Tom. There’s no big team or middlemen. Tom oversees each stage of the build and keeps you updated from start to finish.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
It’s best to contact us as early as possible, even before you’ve started your plans. Having your designer and builder working together at the start helps you avoid design pitfalls, keep costs under control, and plan a smoother build.
What if I have a problem site or unusual build?
Not every block is straightforward – and that’s okay. Whether you’re dealing with a steep slope, a flood-affected lot, heritage restrictions, or tricky stormwater we can help make it work.
